Back in Gap

Peasant Top / High Waisted Shorts / Hat / Shoes / Bag

I haven’t shopped at Gap in a while. I stumbled in there when I had some spare time after work the other day. I’ve always relied on them for cheap and easy basics as do most people. They were having an extra 40% off all sale and I was super excited as I headed straight to the back (which is my normal route in any store). Their jean shorts immediately caught my eye and I tried on both these patchwork ones and the high waisted ones shown in the photos above. I love the way both shorts fit and at a price of $8 I physically couldn’t say no. Then I found this top for $18 and I was satisfied. I also really liked this one but they didn’t have my size. I will always love Gap and I think that these pieces at these prices were just what my closet needed for a midsummer’s night walk with Lou.

Now lets talk about this bag. Remnant is a Wilmington, NC small business that creates beautiful leather bags. I have owned three different bags from them and have been blown away by the quality and craftsmanship that goes into their work. I am so hard on bags and my black leather tote still looks brand new. I can’t recommend these bags enough!
